Another week done!
Did 5 Turbo-fire workouts, then spent Saturday hiking up and down God knows how many stairs. We went on a road trip to Danyang with our friend Tobi, and ended up climbing stairs at every place we went to.First we climbed a hill to catch a glimpse of a really cool natural stone arch, then we explored a cave that was all stairs, then we wandered up into this AMAZING temple, my favorite one in Korea so far. All in all I walked up like dozens of flights of stairs. My calves hurt for a few days afterwards!
So because of this, I'd say week 4 was pretty successful ^^
